Pickups & Delivery
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of perishable products such as food. However, we are very happy to hear your feedback on the quality of our goods. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on 07495 110935.
For non-perishable items, we can accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Please bring proof of purchase as well as the item to the restaurant, and be sure to email us beforehand at email@example.com.
Select the pickup option when checking out to use our click and collect service. Pickups are available within an hour of ordering, between 1 pm and 6 pm. All orders are to be collected at OMBRA at 1 Vyner Street, London E2 9DG. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on 07495 110935 if you have any questions.
We can also deliver to local postcodes within 2 miles of OMBRA, either by bike or using our vintage Piaggio Ape.
Delivery slots: AM 12 pm to 3 pm, or PM 5 pm to 7 pm.
Delivery cut-off for same day PM delivery slot is 3pm.
Our delivery charge is £5. Free delivery will be added automatically to your cart if you spend over £100.
If any issues arise with your order we will contact you immediately.
All deliveries will be zero-contact by default. Our drivers will be instructed to deliver to your doorstep, knock at the door, and step 2 metres back. If you have any other concerns or requests regarding delivery, please add them to the notes before you check out.
