Pickups, Collection & Nationwide Shipping
Select the pickup option when checking out to use our click and collect service. Pickups are available within an hour of ordering, between 1 pm and 6 pm. Local DeliveryThanks for understanding that most of our products are fragile and that we use our own staff to fulfil deliveries and this is reflected in the delivery costs.
Delivery slots: 12 pm to 3 pm, or 5 pm to 7 pm.
On Sunday we offer only one single longer slot from 11am to 4pm.
We have 3 different delivery rates.
- 0.5 km radius: £6 for orders under £50 // £5 for orders over £50
- 2 km radius: £8 for orders under £50 // £7 for orders over £50
- On some selected postcodes that fall outside the 2km radius border: £9.5 for orders under £60 // £8.5 for orders over £60.
Live outside our local delivery reach? Don't despair - we can get to you either by sending you a Taxi (please chose collection method at checkout and let us know when the taxi is outside the restaurant) alternativey we can get to you via our nationwide shipping, more on this below.
Please note that we offer a next working day shipping service trough a specialised food courier.
Orders received from Tuesday to Thursday (cut off 11.30 AM) will be processed on the same day and with you the following day before 6PM.
Please note: to avoid parcels being sat in depot over the weekend and since we are closed on Mondays, any order received after 11.30AM on a Thursday will only be processed and sent the following Tuesday.
All deliveries will be zero-contact by default. Our drivers will be instructed to deliver to your doorstep, knock at the door, and step 2 metres back. If you have any other concerns or requests regarding delivery, please add them to the notes before you check out.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of perishable products such as food. However, we are very happy to hear your feedback on the quality of our goods. Email email@example.com or WhatsApp us on 07495 110935.
For non-perishable items, we can accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Please bring proof of purchase as well as the item to the restaurant, and be sure to email us beforehand at firstname.lastname@example.org.
