Select the pickup option when checking out to use our click and collect service. Pickups are available within an hour of ordering. All orders are to be collected at OMBRA at 1 Vyner Street, London E2 9DG.

Local Delivery + Nationwide Shipping
Thanks for understanding that most of our products are fragile and that we use our own staff to fulfil deliveries and this is reflected in the delivery costs.
We are currently not offering local deliveries but only shipping via courier both for local addresses & nationwide.
£8 for orders under £100 // £6 for orders over £100.
Please note that we currently ship online orders every Monday and Friday.
Cut off to qualify for these slots is noon of the day before (example; cut off for Monday is Sunday midday). If you have a last minute present situation please email us on email@example.com and we'll do our best to sort something out.
All deliveries will be zero-contact by default. Our drivers will be instructed to deliver to your doorstep, knock at the door, and step 2 metres back. If you have any other concerns or requests regarding delivery, please add them to the notes before you check out.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of perishable products such as food. However, we are very happy to hear your feedback on the quality of our goods. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on 07495 110935.
For non-perishable items, we can accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Please bring proof of purchase as well as the item to the restaurant, and be sure to email us beforehand at email@example.com.
