This is our San Valentino edition of the traditional Christmas Italian sweet bread. Heavy on the chocolate and and hazelnut, to remind us of another Italian famous sweet treat.

A 3 days long and slow fermentation results in a delicate and fluffy texture, easily one of the best panettone available outside of the motherland.
