From Emila-Romagna bursting with aroma and flavours of ripe stone fruits and herbal tang. Malvasia was fermented on skins here, trapping all that aromatic glory, before being sent to bottle to trap the fizz. Zingy as all hell, cutting through all that bubble and fruit. This is very, very good fizz. Plenty of character, plenty of structure.
