Sfera Rosso is a blend of white and red grapes native to Partinico, Sicily where the grapes are harvested. The distinctive 100ml bottle makes this red great for parties and picnics. It's soft and gentle with a good backbone of acidity. Sfera Rosso is organic and unfiltered, during the fermentation process only naturally occurring yeasts are utilised, and the grapes are co-fermented together. Low sulphur use.
